. You should say "Today is", not "Today it is". Today, in this case, is the subject, and you can't have two subjects ("today" and "it").
. Your collaborators and friends "have helped", not "had helped"
. "equips" is your own invention. "Team" is the word, I guess. The structure? "With such a good, diligent and hard-working team I wouldn't have obtained such a success in my work"
. "I thank", not "I thanks"...
