My whish is to grow older and healthy, so I have to do something like eating a balanced diet and doing some exercise. I´m going to begin it tomorrow or after tomorrow because I´m going to retire this month...... and I'm going to have more time for myself.
I invite my friends to help me and put here some balanced diet ......

Please note: "wish", not "whish".
And also: "I invite my friends to (...) put some balanced diet here", not "to put here some balanced diet". "...to suggest a balanced diet" would also be nice.
Wish as much as you want. Do as much as you can. :)
