How to embed videos from YouTube

Embedding a video from YouTube is about the same as embedding it from VideoJug. The main different is the place where you will find the embed code. Basically, you will find it on the right of the video being watched, under "Embed" or "Incorporar", as shown in the image.



After you copy [COPIAR] the code, just go to your new message and paste [COLAR] it.

And that's it! Now just press "Publicar Agora", and let us watch it.

How to embed videos in the blog

We'd better not wait until after Christmas and New Year for you to start embedding your videos, don't you think? Therefore, and as a way of encouragement, I hereby leave you a few printscreens on how to embed videos.
In this post, I'll use Cristina's video on how to steam vegetables, from www.videojug.com, as an example.


First, go to the page where the video is displaying.
Below the video, you will find, among other interesting options, a button saying "embed".

Click on it.

When you do, you'll see the permanet URL and the embed code.


You must COPY this code, and then PASTE it in your message.



It will look strange, but never mind. If you want to see what it will look like before you actually publish it, click "Pré-visualização" first.







And that's it. But just remember: a few words summarising the content of the video, or giving reasons for your choice is higly commendable.

I hope this will help. I will shortly add a post on how to do this - with YouTube videos.
